My name is David Roland and I am a loan officer servicing Florida. I’m also a real estate agent in Arizona. I take pride in being a trusted advisor able to assist my clients with nearly any aspect of a real estate transaction. I focus on giving my clients a great experience whether they are first-time home buyers or seasoned investors. I know everyone’s situation is different, but one thing is always the same and that is wealth can be created through real estate ownership! Outside of work, you can find me with family, volunteering with The American Legion helping my fellow veterans, listening to podcasts, and keeping current with economics, technology, and the constantly evolving cryptocurrency markets.
