The closing took a very long time. The signing process only took a little over a year. However, after all the papers were signed, we had to wait for the loan to be approved before we could leave . That took over a hour as the person at Loan Factory left for lunch! Every one had to wait for more than an hour to get the all clear from Loan Factory.

This rating is ONLY for MATT HANG. He was the one I dealt with throughout this entire process and who made it happen. I briefly spoke with Don at the beginning, when the buyers offer was accepted. I never spoke with Thuan Nguyen. MATT HANG was amazing and extremely capable. Although it appeared that he did not have a lot of experience, he took charge, learned, and made sure the deal closed. I've been in this business for 20 years. Matt Hang has what it takes to be successful.

I strongly advise the LO/PROCESSOR get more acquainted with how COUNTER-OFFERS work and applied in a transaction rather than arguing with a top producing again how contracts are binded. Learning is important.

Loan Factory was awesome. I am a real estate investor and I needed to refi two of my duplexes. This wasnt an easy task since I needed layered LLCs to be allowed. Not only did Loan Factory find someone that allowed layered LLCs but they also identified the best loan type for my properties -- which happened to be DSCR. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them many times in the future for buying and refi of my properties.
